A few notes on SONICA VENUE
Burdened with a strong spiritual energy, Sonica venue, located at 7 kilometers by Ulcinj city and at only 2 kilometers by the naturist island of Ada Bojana, is the perfect place where we'll gather next August for 5 days of full joy and happiness.
At only 400 metres from the sandy "Long Beach" (Velika Plaza), Sonica venue will offer you:
- Huge camping area, half shaded by big trees and equipped with a suitable number of toilets and showers;
- Large caravan area extremely closed to all other festival zones;
- Main-stage area with the main bar, surrounded by chai-shops and restaurants
- Chealing area, where concentric structures will form the chill-out stage, the healing area and the flea-market
A little sandy path will bring you from the main-stage to the beach, where you can enjoy the amazing sea and look at a beautiful sunset.
The local beach kiosk, where you can rent sunbeds and beach umbrella and stay in a very comfortable site, will be open from 9.00am to 7.30pm.
Differently you can enjoy the open wild beach on the left side a few meters far from the kiosks.
Wind-surf, Kite-surf and many other aquatic sports are usually practiced on this beach.
Historic traditions and folk customs of all this area show us a friendly multiracial environment where beaches, lakes, rivers, and bays provide both a peaceful retreat from everyday life and a great way to spend a vacation with your family and friends.
The City of Ulcinj represents a pearl along the Mediterranean seacoast.
It is one of the oldest cities in Mediterranean and Its civilization is more than 2.500 years old. It’s here where “The Illyrians”, the oldest settlers, built and cherished their town with love and kindness.
The City of Ulcinj was created with zeal, but also with harmony, which has been deeply seeded in the roots of each citizen, a feeling of harmony which is still felt and shared even today.
Peace and harmony between all people, nations and religions were and still are the trademarks of this amazing city.

we are in Ulcinj, where "everybody" is happily involved with festival production.. far from being weary, they'll have lots of work to do for us eheheh..
We've just been sly to plan our activities and found the best favour from all insitution and authorities..
just to upgrade any weird residual state of mind )

The sun and sea of Velika Plaza are waiting for all us.. can't wait guys.. back to work!

Hello everyone,
My name is Daniel, I am from Italy, and I send you this mail to ask a favour, even a bit of help. The situation is this: I bought a ticket for the Sonica festival of August, but I have had some big family problems recently wich also concern the economic aspect, and thus will not be able to participate.
For this reason, I am trying to retrieve the money, because now I need it so much.
The people from Sonica Organization have told me that the only way now is to find a person who wants to go to the festival, and to substitute his name with mine (would be less than a resale, but under their authorization).
If someone would be interested you'd be saving my ass!
Thanks so much everyone, i really hope you will be able to help me, since this hole thing is tearing me apart.

CAMPING AND CARAVAN INFO
At only 400 meters from the sandy "Long Beach" (Velika Plaza), Sonica venue will offer you:
- A huge camping area, half shaded by big trees and equipped with a suitable number of toilets and showers; We suggest you to bring some extra stuff to build your own shade, sun burn protection oils or creams and mosquitos repellent. We are in a very hot spot with all the usual characteristic of a sea place during the summer time.
- A large caravan area extremely closed to all other festival zones; You won't need to walk kilometers to reach the main areas and you'll feel totally inside the festival zone,
protected and secured by our special security guards.
All those arriving by car have to park their own vehicle in the car park and not inside the camping area. We won't allow to move cars from the car parking from thursday 11th to sunday 14th except than for cases of emergencies.
In few days we'll spread more info for all those who wants to book hotels and rooms outside the festival area and use the shuttle service for get-in and out the venue. |
