Hey duded!

I just recently came to this synth wich i knowed before but actualy never tried..

i realy enjoy it right now and would like to know if you checked it as well and got something to tell or share interesting presets or something..

http://soniccharge.com/synplant

i think its a really nice approach on patch design and you can turn any sound into a morphing thing very easy and fast..its good fun i think

cheers           -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-

i like this too. there are a lot of nice presets to start the journey. i use it for making pad, lead or fx sounds. yes its funny to look your plants are growing from seeds

its easy to make interesting sounds:
choose a seed/sound you like . then modify every blanch a little bit. so every note of a octave sounds different but similar.

have you checked the extra presets?

I just discovered Sonic CHarge's percussion um.. Well, its basically a robot that synths patterned percussion. Helps a lot with teh live set And sounds way cool too

Sonic Charge has my following and will soon have my money.

Did you notice, that the demos are good for 3 weeks, OF ACTUAL USE, not 3 weeks sitting on your hdd Which is VERY NICE.

Synplant is just a fun weird thing that never seems to fail to make something interesting.

Yes

Also for the sake of talking about all the sonic charge plugs, Bitspeek can do some interesting things to vocals and i have a suspicion that it would sound way awesome on a formant synth or delay lama           .

I tried this synth last year, have there been any interesting updates to it?

I found it, not exactly difficult to use, because it's not 'hard' exactly is is! It's just totally weird. Unique.

You don't always get where you want to go, but there are a lot of fun stops on the journey.           -------------- Studio Engineer --------------

yes its very intuitive...just building up what you like by sound not parameters..and morphing is super flexible and easy..just great for pads and backround sounds i guess, will have to explore it more...fun to use for certain things..
good for throwing mantras to the crowd automating the mod wheel and stuff:D          -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-

I can see serious resampling potential as well, layering various sounds, choppign and stuttering and smearing etc etc....

i think i just might do that right now           .

Is very cool synth, What i dont like tho is that you cannot automate envelopes or the more specific controls, which makes it abit unflexible.
