No need to learn song structure for trance at all.
Just feel the music and let it take you where you want to.
Create.
Use many song structures depending on the feelings of things you want to say.
The point here is to flow with the music isn't it?           ProtoDrive https://soundcloud.com/protodrive

i think if you have really bad timing it will be great for you to take a track which you really love and mark everything,

then fallow the mark which you create
(intro/breaks/crash/slow down/and so on)

to make your'e track flow good and not over looping.

Cool video, thanks for sharing! I always do what smoker said, I try to study music that I like, try to study the timing for every break, every lead, depends on the style, but try to listen to the pros, without dancing or jumping all around!" try to study what they do, what type of highhats they use, what type of percussion., what type of layers or leads, how they have their mix, the volumes, everything! That has helped me a lot! But the best way to learn the formula of a style, its to make a lot of songs of that style, that way you can explore the formula and experiment to the limit !

Im thinking about volume, could this be use as a tool for build of energy in a song. Im thinking about having lower volume in the beginning of the song
and make instrumets , hihats louder in important
part of the song?

^it's best thought of as intensity then volume. your main instruments of the mix will have the same power throughout the track (your Kick and Bass combo), then these differences can be change of note, introducing more elements, changing your drum patterns - nothing wrong with having a bit more bang to them, or using different sounds for some parts, even a slight change in volume, yes - but there's only so much of it, and it's best kept within certain limits (that sound good), then to get into the habit of rising the volume just to compensate for having more things play at once.

just reserve some space for them (the hats), make sure they cut through and instead focus on creating different, more intense patterns. to much highs on a mix can ruin it, make it sound to harsh - so watch out for that.

EDIT

but if you mean playing a bit with velocity>volume thing, then sure. you place your channel fader according to the loudest sounds in there, if you can't listen to the lower volume ones when the mix gets crowded, you need to reduce dynamics with a compressor - 'cause there's only so much headroom you can use.

Depends of the track! Each track needs different approach on this and ofcourse depends also on what track you make it. For example some artists that produce full on festival sounds prefer to give their work straight to the point with very small breaks with rolling killer leads or some tiny riffs etc.

So if you want my opinion no one can tell you what you must to do in this part, let the music speak inside you and im sure you will find your way

^yes, but raising the volume to compensate for more crowded parts is wrong in all situations.

full tech, prog or high tech is nearly the same thing as far as mixing is concerned - the technical side of it, at least. mixing is also an artistic endeavour, as you can stretch it to sort of print a signature to the sound once you're very familiar with how things work.
