its not about intimidating but about speed of workflow... im an fltudio long time user and the speed of workflow is wht keeps me in it...
only studio one so far comes close but it has very limited audio editing capabilities..
sonar is full of editing but previous versions where button bloated.

Workflow is a matter of getting used to.
Moved back to Sonar after years of Cubasing and it took me a while to find stuff. Now after I got some more experience I do stuff in Sonar with ease which is not possible in Cubase (for me at least).
It's really personal.
