hey guys, I got a slight problem

I'm trying to get the hang of sonar lately...

it's mad fun but I have a hard time with hardcoded midi cc's like vanguard has.

I've mapped my controllers of my midi keyboard from cc 1-8

now if I assign in sonar let's say cutoff to 8, not only cutoff gets affected, the volume of the vst too!

I know I have to filter out these events, but somehow I can't track down what it is.

I tried to enter vanguards setup and press there "ignore midi-cc", but that doesn't help...

so this is a call out to all the sonar gurus... help me please

This is not Sonar issue, but Vanguard's. Most of vst's have their own midi-cc mappings that can't be removed. So, the best way is to program your controller the most universal way. Check this page - http://www.tweakheadz.com/midi_controllers.htm

Correct me if i'm wrong           http://soundcloud.com/aedem
