Hey Seb, this sure is a wonderful tune. Too short, but really good.
some names I had in mind:
1. Trip to Horizon - Watching everyone jumping like that, reaching for the sky... And the track itself, it seems as if it's getting somewhere. That is why I also think the names: "Race me to the sky" or "Wishful Thinking", or maybe "Bounce me to the Moon" fit in.
2. Adventurous Apprentice - Well, this track reminds me of learning - how to love, how to enjoy, how to explore. Learnign from experiences, learning from adventures. It just sounds right for some reason.
3. Gale's Voyage for Bliss - Well, the track is quite energetic and alive, and it sounds as if it's getting somewhere. For some reason I had the image of a lonely storm seeking for happiness, and such track sure would help her!

That's what I could think of for now.
Good luck.

Son Kite - Catal's Edge

I was recently reading, in the past two days, about the Catal Huyuk site; A city/culture that was located on the Konya plain in central Anatolia. The site puzzled archaeologists because of the citys complex and advanced culture seemed out of place for the time period of its peak. They found many shrines to worship cattle etc. Some think the cattle worshipping could be tied to hallucinogenic mushrooms that were found on the cattles dung.

This track reminded me of that. The melody and that great buildup gaves me the feeling of discovering something old and spiritual like that.

Ok, here we go with some titles:

rotor shaft
planet gear
mounting bar
connecting rod
timing wheel
oil deflection plate
clamp ring
sun pinion
die forging
stator frame
camshaft counterweight

I think it's enough for a whole album theme
reason? damn.. this job will kill me

How's it going? Found a usefull name?

I got a few suggestions:

Son Rise - The most beautiful time of the day. The Son Kite way.

Bend - Sounds like the track is "bending" more and more, until you finally release it and the crowd goes wild.

Fuse - Ah, just the title for this piece of dynamite

Hello Seb

I´m a big Son kite fan, have lots of your tracks on vinyl, the perfect sound for the perfect music .

I think i´d call that track:Primitive future

it´s future music but it´s has all that drums and percussion, mankind is about to find that the future is in the past...back to nature with technology...

just an idea

can´t wait for my copy of your new 12'',

Cheers

Son Kite - Mountain Rise
(dunno if that's proper english)
But i've seen you guys playing on SDF2003 ,btw, one of the livesets on Sdf i will not soon forget, it really was quite fantastic and amazing, and the background 'decoration' (with that i mean the big mountain) had a huge impact on the atmosphere, the view in combination with the music was amazing. so that's why, mountain -> rise, rising mountain, something like that...?
