Well well, audiogalaxy has been closed now for about week right? and look how many less people are posting music, whether its their track of the day or favorites. I'm not talking about legit dj's who always posted top 10's or things like that, but the common trance freak. its a phenomenon i think directly is directly linked to the shutdown. I dont wanna open the pandora's box here again and have a discussion whether or not audiogalaxy was good or bad for our beloved developing psy-trance scene, just something to notice... I myself am not a big poster although, not a day goes by when im not spending a few hours browsing around in the forums. I think now we truly see who was on the traderz side and who is isnt/wasnt. i guess this will be it until my prediction: direct connect software is gonna take the place of audiogalaxy... i have no bias to either side, i think music sharing both harms and promotes the scene. What do you think?

good point man... i'm sure that alot of people who were posting top 10 lists, were getting their music off AG; the question of wether mp3's promote or harm the scene - well, it's debatable... personnaly, i'm not sure what's the answer...

Come on... All the new/unreleased trax on the net dont come from AG.

Triptonight, that's not what i meant, i'm not even on the "policing" side... what i was trying to get to from all that writing (excuse me i was extremely high and probably not articulate enough) is that i beleive there is a downsize in the amounts of people who were discussing/reviewing, adding in their two cents... dont get me wrong here, no harm meant. i think its actually a shame to see a downsize in participants, nenvertheless i believe the volume of this site has kept the same, just from less people that's all.

I have no problem with less ppl posting here.
After all, seriously, I've never seen one of these AG freaks write a good review, post a carefully thought off top ten, or make an intelligent comment about this or that track.

Not everybody has a good DJ friend who likes to give you fresh unreleased tunes that you just can't find anywhere yet {and probably they will never be released}. Some ppl d'loaded them from AG. Some of the ppl {like me} when the tracks released officially went to the shop and legally bought themselves a copy. Before GMS's - No rules released i had atleast 50% of the album in my HD, and you know what? When it finally released i bought it. Be descent. Support your local groover
