Sorry for my initial post, I feel bad lol here's how...
Get a mic and go huahht... into it lol. Then add the needed amount of reverb to get it to blur a little bit (or/and) chorus. In this case it rises in pitch so either say huahht... with a pitch bend or load it into a sampler and use a pitch env. to do so. Not to long of a reverb, so keep it short. Try duplicating and adjusting the samples so it sounds like a few different people...(pitch distort fx ect...)
Then shape it till you like it. Fairly simple if you need samples find them. They are everywhere. Otherwise make them...

P.S. bonus tip: Reverse, Resample, Layer...
Try at times to go beyond what you want to make or hear, once you get there don't cut it off. It helps to keep pushing the envelope for all of us (not the synth kind:) lol |
