I listened to it , but didnt feel nice.
This guy proposed the timewave zero concept under the influence of psychedelics and claimed the universe will reach a point of singularity in 2012 at which point everything possible will occur simultaneously.
I do not belive anything will happen in 2012, I like some of McKenna's ideas but overall I find this timewave idea to be very absurd.
I guess time will tell And may we live Mokily ever after

That actually sounds like someone who has only heard what McKenna said via clips on tunes/tracks. Or maybe read one of his "popular" books.
If you had actually read and studied what Terrence talked about, and how his ideas evolved, you would realise you are putting across a completely distorted opinion of what he did talk about.

I am in the middle of moving/selling/buying a house ATM, but I will put together a package of "talks", txt files, links and other assorted pieces, for you, and the other people on this forum in the coming weeks.
It would be nice to see a slightly "higher brow" conversation about Mr McKenna.
That isn't to say McKenna didn't "half talk some shit sombunal the time", and certainly he revised his position on 2012 and all that time-wave-zero-crap from the 80's to the 90's. Had he not had an "untimely death" I suspect he would of shifted his opinion more-so. But we will never know now most likely.

you just can't. there is no problem with that at all..
Mckenna's opinion on 2012 has nothing to do with this video. why be so negative? it's impressive that you cannot find anything to feel nice with. the bad thing with that is that you never say something solid on your disagreements to support your thoughts. you only spread shitty feeling around and try to remind us 'mistakes' of others.. it is your right to post here but is so sad having one, damaging most of the conversations..
