Yeah well,
Choose a shit place to have a party and the police will come and bust it. As for why - you don't know how close they were to houses or anything, sometimes police will leave a party alone if it isn't doing harm or causing disturbance, other times not. They also don't usually turn up in riot gear and unplug a sound system without talking to the organisers first, so seems like this vid is maybe not the whole story.
