Some weird problems with cubase sx 2 :(

Hello there
at last i learned cubase sx 2 and now i want to use it for my latest track (which i made originally in Reason 2.5) to improve the sound quality u know..
so i loaded the reason track through rewire and exported each channel from the cubase mixer.. cause the reason mixer sux.. 
and so when i imported all channels again and pressed Play in Cubase its like u press mute on several channels from time to time.. they are getting quiet,, just for a second or something..
and another thing is that the kick becomes out beat with the rest of the channels 
how come?

is your asio driver set correctly in device manager/vst multitrack menu?
