Some unknown tracks - id needed

a friend gave me a Cd and i want to find out who's behind the tracks .
maybe you heard it at avi&zohars parties, i've been told they played those tracks .
track 1 - 8:20
at 3:10 until 4:58 there's an intense build-up with electronic precaution, and all sort of wooshing sounds that shifts and changes a few times and then blows up in you face .
at 5:43,5:50,5:53 there are breaks .
no samples here so no high hopes in this case .
it's one of the best morning tracks ever made and i'm not exaggerating, it's probably unreleased and maybe done by an unsigned anonymous artist from jerusalem .
track 2 - 7:49
don't know if it's the same artist
also a great morning track, never heard it before .
at 5:03 the music stops and there a sample of some old (i mean 1930 or smt) song that says " i love to sing about a moon and a june and a singer???, i love to sing about a sky of blue ...... and at 5:11 the music kicks back .
and then later there's a baby mumbling something at various occasions .
this one is easy to spot if you heard it .

ok about the first one i cant help you .
the second one is for sure Shakta - Kick The Baby great track , released on 2000 .

well i guess i'm not a big fan of shakta .
but this one is not even on the same level with the 1st one, yes it's that good .
