Hey pep!!
I would like to make some questions here. Maybe too many but..  I know some of you can help me out.
I don't have where to look for examples. We don't have lycra decorations at parties here, so your answers will be of much help.
Here my questions:
1. - What type of fabric do I need?
I read in some post that it should be 4-way lycra w/ cotton, is this right?
2. - How do you cut holes or other figures on it, do I have to stretch it first and then cut it?
3. - How should I grab the ends and what type of Cord should I use?
