I like the intro.
Sorry to say this but i reaally cant stand the synth which starts at 1:49. Also the break at 2:40 is just on and off maybe u could work some more on that.

I think in general the melodys are too simple with no change which makes it too monotone since you build up the song with only kick, base, hi hat, snare and a melody.

Kabbalisticvillage, i have heard the track a few days ago but i wasn't in the mood to give some negative criticism, or in another words, sometimes when we are at the starting line of music production it's for the better if we experiment a lot in only one track instead of having simple, non interesting things.
I know why you think that those are serious melodies, when one is starting out with music, one tends to think that he had just produced the hottest shit ever, which is fine to think so, but you have to be careful with that thought.

Anyway regarding the tune itself you have melodies in there alright. But are they interesting enough to the listener? Music (there are other definitions) is about expressing, it's a blind form of art and we all struggle to get it out from our hearts. How do you express something if your rise ups and build ups are simple, monotonous drum pattern changes and a synth here and maybe an effect there? You gotta think crazy, because when you have the ability to think crazy and control the crazyness you can narrow it down to elegant.

I don't know if this is something you will consider but sometimes is nice to make a left turn instead of of a right one.

EDIT: Damn that is a lot of words.

Cool..totally understand.I think the melody itself is a good melody...i know i need to work on buildups and rise ups but are those really so important?
