Some probs in accessing to database

Hello
Right now is working well but sometimes and when i try to acess the forum i cant and after i put my nick and pass this msg still on the screen:
Unable to get categories from database
SELECT username, user_id FROM users WHERE user_level != -1 ORDER BY user_id DESC LIMIT 1
The only thing i hv acess is the top icons like home/incenter/insearch/faq/quickPM coz the rest of data i dont hv acess.The info on the right top that iam connected appears also.
Stays here my bug report
