same here, good to match levels..
Guetta and lot of guys working on that style are really about getting the loudest cleanest sound possible..lot of stuff have excellent production but that loudness really ruin it.. it s very clean but the sound has not much depth and it probably make the music more sterile, boring fast..
if i was still composing music these days , i would try to offer a audiophile version of the mix with no compromise on quality with no loudness chain ect... and one really loud for djs and guys that like it compressed.
that would need 2 times more work but i think it would pay off , guys that invest in quality audio speakers/system would sure enjoy it |
