Well, talking about the second one... I have to agree with fluoSamsara! If you hide the bottom circles with your hand, you'll see that the the circles are moving from left to right, but if u remove your hand, they still move from left to right...
If you close your eyes for 2-3 secs, and then open them you'll see that again circles are moving up & down... So correct fluo mention is a matter of perspective...

easy... make few moves with your head up and down, like your r saying "yes"
they will move up and down.
move your head to the sides, like you say "no"
they will move from side to side.
