Hey guys, I've been practising getting my mixing / levels / eq'ing right and wanted to get a bit of feedback and advice.
Is there any good way to "de-mud" the mix? I'm not sure if what i'm doing is correct, but I try to set up an EQ so that each sound is given it's own frequency space, with a gap between them to form contrast and to make the elements stick out.
I'm also in need of some second opinions on the track I linked, does it sound clear? can you hear any frequencies clashing? I'm unsure because I don't trust my own judgement, so any assistance here would be great for me =) And finally, how should I go about tuning in the kick to the bass?
I'm using Cubase btw
