i'm reworking this one,maybe i'm gonna stumble upon the solution that way... but it keeps me occupied WHY this seems to happen in quite a few kicks i make....

i can't download the kick only from soundcloud...
i realy think its the room even after someone said he hears it too...
i think ur kick is not mono...
did u pitchshift the kick after bazzism?
if there is a ringing freq there is no way u can't notch it out... try to take a notch on ur eq and as said above raise and sweep through all the spectrum untill u find that particular frequency that troubles u do it with analyzer if it helps...try to lowcut untill the ringing stops like u said.
but i think it is the room man. has to be. check if ur windows(or other stuff) vibrate if u turn the volume very loud...
i actualy don't use bazzism so ill try to make a kick from there and see

pretty obviously not the room - its blatantly apparent either in my monitors or in my headphones
I use bazzism for a lot of my kicks and I've never had this problem..
oh, and fractal you might consider using sendspace or some other hosting service that doesn't make you click on ungodly ammts of bullshit - I can't access the file

hey...maybe its something in your audio interface setup?
I was fucking around with my ableton settings, and when using MME/Directx and Speakers Wave as the audio output and a sample rate of 44100 I got ringing that sounds just like your ringing
but the weird thing was, I was just listening to that loop and it had no ringing in it *until* I changed the audio settings...I change it back to DX instead of Wave and the ringing disappears!!
