I heard it won't be happening, but I also saw it advertised in a magazine (Floor, maybe). So I dunno for sure. |

i don't think they could find a venue. if there's still no information up on the solstice page, i guess there's no outdoor festival this year. |

yeah russ maybe not festivals like the one!but many
outdoor partys!i mean partys and not festivals!i think
is better!we dance with 500~1000 ppl,and have a lot
of fun!u dont think so? |

yes, of course i agree with you! i think "parties" are far better than "festivals". 1000 smiley people i love, 10,000 screaming people i don't love! see you at the parties! |

Yes, I am sure even if the solstice festival isn't held on 19, 20 , ‚Q‚Pof July ( every year the party was had then) , some parties are going to be held during the three days!
Because 19 is Saturday ,20 is Sunday , and 21 is national holiday!
some parties we can see on web site of solstice have already decided to be held on 12 of July and 2 of Aug. But not yet for 19 of July!
There is a big festival " Fuji rock " on 25-27 of July, though.
Anyway I will go to a party on 19 for sure, even if it's not so big! cause, I am day off then.

well...i asking about the festival,and they told me this year the solstice not gonna doing the party!they decide,
not doing the festival this year @ outdoor!but only inside
partys @ club name is agueha,some think like this!is a
big club!they made hallucinoguen party there last time
with 3500 ppl!why not doing more outdoor reason is if
they doing inside party is more less chance to lost money! |

I think Solstice is wise to give the festival a rest for a year, though on the whole I loved last summer's festival. It will have much more impact next year (too bad though for people really looking forward to it this summer!).
And yes, Solstice must have made a small fortune at the Hallucinogen (Twisted) show at Ageha. The production at that party was beyond flashy -- more like mind-blowing. However, there should never be so many people in a room that size. Never. That's why I avoid the train during rush hour. And I really felt sorry for all the women squirming with discomfort in the extremely long queues for the toilets. Despite the fact that the Twisted party was for me great over-all , I don't believe Solstice cares enough about their customers. They pack TOO MANY PEOPLE into their indoor events.
Though Solstice isn't doing a festival, there will still be a good variety of parties this summer, and plenty of them. Praying for nothing but good vibes and sweet times.  |
