I'd say at 128kbs it is pretty shitty quality so only dumb stoners would be seriously happy with it, and that this is using good marketing resources, seeing as it most likely isn;t being sold at Saiko or Psyshop with sample

i think releasing a 128kbs rar of the album is a good form of promo and its a one up on the scene 'pirate' releases...
