The latest version of winamp (www.winamp.com) does beat detection.
It's kind of hidden though. You have to have the Visualization Studio window open, click "open editor", then click "Settings-->Beat Detection"

Never mind, turns out that Winamp's detection is pretty crappy. Showed 114bpm at 90% confidence for a track I wrote which is 120bpm.
Oh well.

the most accurate i would say for cathchin bpm
give it a try it wont fail u fer sure

Acid counts Bpm pretty good for solid beat tracks.
