Hey all!!

Ive been snooping arround to gather some info` about a sequencer to go with a synth` and obviesly its a sequencer so I can arrange my drumlines, bass, soundeffects, etc...
I almot had a stroke when I heard the prices!!!
So I thought about it some and ended up with one question: Why invest alot of money into a hardware sequencer when I allready have Qubase VST installed on my PC?
Whats the difference between the two and witch will serve my needs better when im` not about to release an album but im starting to experiment with trance...

Hardware sequencers often have immaculate timing.  The kind of solid and consistent timing that most people expect from "computer music".. unfortunately this is not the case with software sequencers on pc or mac due to small activities happening in the background and making the timing off a bit occasionally.  Of course this is usually only apparent to obsessive audiophiles or if you make an effort to listen... obviously lots of people still make great tracks with software sequencers though anyway !! ;)

dude i read ur message i think u should go on the cubase vst if u r only starting and u want to experiment first u will have more fun (except for the crashes)and its easier and cheeper that way i think u will find out that it is enough and even has the advantage of the vst plugins
