Pleiadian sorry but private parties are like their name indicates PRIVATE.
What about the rest of the people that want to have fun and they are not into this private situation or dont have the right connections to these private events?

psy is good for couple of hours (when you are ina party right) but after a while you need some progressive sounds to start breathin different |

Well I just heard from a reliable source that there's plenty of progressive trance/house parties in Greece. Maybe I am just asking the wrong people?
And when you think about it it makes a lot of sense. The Mediteranian Countries (incl. Greece) have a very long history with deephouse and progressive house as well as I understand it. Now Progressive Trance too

Elysium there are plenty of progressive trance/house parties in Greece but i dont think that these organisations are actually interested in psy progressive music.
I mean their bookings include artists like Nick Warren,Dave Seaman,Seb Fontaine,Miss Kittin,Satoshi Tomie not to mention the superstars like Digweed,Oakenfold,Masters At Work,Tiesto and all the big names.
These kind of teams work mostly with very big names from very big labels but anyway if you want to try your luck with them feel free to do it and keep us updated

Detox I don't know if you talk about Athens,
which is far behind us for sure,here at thessaloniki names like antix , bitmonx ,monroe,son kite,ticon,tegma,genetic spin,frogacult,anti,haldolium... have played at parties.
of course the scene isn't very big yet
(at these parties was about 300-500 ppl)
but there is a very good feeling
and promoters like electronzz or camoflash
try to bring some psy-progressive/minimal sounds to our city!
...and things go on...
p.s.:all these you say above about pogressive
house events are true,a lot of that kind of parties happen also. |

Well my very reliable source (which will remain nameless) told me that he play for people involved in the psytrance scene. And that it's all over Greece and that he get more and more calls from psytrance promoters that want progressive music in their parties (mainly because they are moving into the clubs due to the bad situation with the police).
I dont claim to know more than you DETOX. After all it's your Country. But I do sense you aren't that up-to date with the progressive side of the scene in Greece. No offense mate

Psy Trance promoters that want more progressive music in their parties?
Sorry Elysium but the only progressive names that play in Athens for couple of years now are Son Kite,Atmos,James Monro,Ticon and Anti from Spiral Trax.
And for sure there is no team dealing with just progressive music in my town Athens.
In Thesaloniki things are a little different like trippy_movek said but they are still very small also.
Sorry but your source doesnt seem to be the best available except ofcourse if he speaks about progressive events that are private and that i am unaware of.
Or on the other side if your source is Son Kite or James Monro then for sure yes for these guys there are plenty of events in Greece hehe.

He's one of the above mentioned names DETOX and I do trust his word that he's getting more and more phone calls from psyorganisers - And it's not James or Seb I am talking about here
But anyway I will properly soon see you in Greece and I am sure things are starting to change when it come to progressive trance in Greece. Time will tell
