I have a whole arsenal of slow progressive sound I made I made, from serene to pretty darn glitchy, all in the 130bpm range... stuff like this:

Who or which label might be interested in stuff like that nowadays??? Answers, hints, sarcastic comments etc. are most welcome...

I actually enjoy all of the music I make, and that includes psychedelic Full On, Progressive, ambient and as of late, Neurotrance... why do you want me to limit myself to one genre when I enjoy so many? And you did not even listen to my album...           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

self release on Bandcamp/Ektoplazm Upavas.

Unless you want to get it on Beatport, but I don't get why you'd want to do that with experimental sound.

I am actually thinking of self releasing an ep on Ektoplazm with one track for each genre, from ambient all the way to Neuro... but I have so much more stuff like this proggy sound...

both tracks have nice ideas, they are however, somewhat lacking a clear storyline.

the basslinechange in every 4th part sounds extremely repetitive after some time and makes the whole tracks so static to listen to.

you have nice melodies and fx going on that easily are enough for themselves. try to make the arrangement less static (look at the waveform, the breaks are always at the same time) and keep the bassline unchanged at the base key to get you into monotonous groove with the nice elements to tell the story on top... much better flow then.

and then stick them tracks together and release them as ep/album on ektoplazm

i am very happy with my ekto release!!
not many lables in the paid world out there to release that style i guess.           http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/stereofeld-frequenzwechsel

Hay, thanks for all the nice comments... so a 6 or so track Ektoplazm release is in the works, cover art almost finished... and it will indeed cross more than 1 genre... as to the staticness, yeah, future compositions I will look into this, thanks for the tip Klippel!           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

Sorry missed your reply. Yeah he has spent $60K on his sound system. As you can guess seeing as he just added this http://www.stereophonic.com.au/moon-750d-dac-transport/ it's pretty crazy system. You could put a deposit on a nice house for the price. Anyway he's an old family friend (55 years old) who loves old disco and acid house, but has loved goa/psy/acid techno & Detroit techno I've been bringing over. He asked me for a good digital album to buy & so I said you seem like a good bloke and sent him the link to your album.

Really nice, I mean it wasn't up there with the Are You Shpongled? Or alone Deranger vinyl's but we enjoyed it after smoking a bit of h@sh which I hadn't done in a decade

I just rarely buy digital unless it's certain acts (Makyo is a example). It's a personal thing.

Look forward to your Ektoplazm release, might spin some of it at a gig
