Ok I will give you my opinion..
After 1:48 you need to slowly every 8 bars start doing subtle stuff with the percussion..
That white noise snare at 2:16 should go after that little transition at 2:41 and become a good cracking snare... and the hats should be doing more interesting patterns.
3:21 I would add the open hat.
That melodic line that starts properly around 2:41 you should slowly start modulating everything on that... filter, lfo - cutoff making it squiggly and maybe adding some crazy effects to a send...
and then the same with the lead that comes in at 3:41 until they are just going crazy and all across the stereo field
stuff like that...
just what I would do
