So anyone knows of the best acoustic trance?
Personally i enjoy persian sufi music, but i understand that there must be acoustic trance from all sides of the earth as i think trance music is a key stone of human music, someone started banging a rock then his friend joind in and than another one but banging on wood and then they all laugh and said what a good jam guys lets do it again tomorrow, i have a idea for a new instrument, haha

yeah I play keys and often strings. And didge ,bongos and stuff but that is not about music theory.
I think this is the big difference in psytrance, making sound design or making sound design & deep complex psychedelic melodies that touches synapsis.
I think the faster one gets to get busy with music theory the better it is for composing real music. No matter if light dark or whatever it is.

I played clarinet for a while growing up, in school band, and my dad is a musician, and now that I think of it my grandfather too... I learned to play bass guitar in the early 00's but sorta got distracted by this weird stuff, you probably never heard of it, they call it "psytrance". Well I decided that selling my soul and becoming a creator of the stuff was preferrable to playing an instrument that will only ever make those similar sounds, and only in those few octaves for the most part.
Ive always tried to think of ways to use the bass with psytrance, and it just seems too limited, for the most part. I can get all teh sounds I want from synths, happily. I play around with it now and then sometimes but never seriously.
I want to really get into playing keys, too, Ive used my MIDI keys for years mostly just to get ideas, Ive rarely actually recorded realtime. I know how, and what notes are what, and I know playing instruments is more about playing them often enough that you dont have to think about what you're doing than technical book-smarts and that comes eventually, when you do it often enough.
I guess playign instruments helped me understand psytrance production somewhat easier, understanding what sounds good, but also I learned that I didnt learn the clarinet as a musician but a player of music, I wasnt so familiar with the theory, but I knew how to play music, and I kinda feel that was something I had to unlearn before I could learn the real theory, and how to be a musician, letting the music inside escape.

Great music

well,it is not actually music,it is a "taqsim-improvisation"(poorly played)!indeed in easter scales/maqams ,since bouzouki was not made for western music! if you like guitars playing eastern stuff, check this video
