After over 30 dates across the U.S.A, Europe and Russia SNOG return home in one piece (we hope) to launch their new remix album 'Planet of Shit'. As the title suggests it's an album over-brimming with the tenderness and subtly we've come to expect from Melbourne's favourite Dark Electro Anarchists. The album features 18 tracks including remixes by Killing Joke's Kris Kylven, U.K dirty-trance outfit Manmademan, Russian electro-rockers Recently Deceased, Black Lung, Zen Paradox, (new Psy-Harmonics signing) White Noise Carousel and many others (twelve remixes in all!) with five brand new songs rounding out the set.

it's been a year of laughs for SNOG, what with their last film clip being banned (and then unbanned) by the ABC, a firestorm of controversy in the U.S about their lyrics and the boundrys of free speech, their US tour being followed by the CIA (we're not making this up!) and just a whole lot of "whooping it up". See what the fuss is about as they single-handedly take on our crapola, gangster governments with a bunch of synthersizers and a singer that makes Tom Waits sound like Dame Nellie Melba.
