Hey guys, im in desperate need of help.. The problem is that the bass line has this snapping sounds every now and then, kinda like when you break apart a tooth pic. It sounds killer but i cant get rid of these annoyance, i tried everything, i tweaked every possibilities in the compressor and equalizers, but nothing.. maybe its a matter of attack, but i use ESM and this option is not available. pls if anyone knows what could be the cause of this id really like to know.

I wish I could tell you the cause, but I can suggest a solution.

If it's coming from a hardware (or even software) synth you can sample some of the individual notes and then load them into a sampler. This will ensure that the synth isn't acting weird every now and then and introducing the snapping sound.

I do this all the time with my Ion.

Hope that helps,

-Alex
