When at a party I'm always approached by a guy (well, usually girl) that writes a list of people and cellphone numbers to inform of future parties. But for some unkown reason, my cellphone can't receive/send SMS messages (damn Cellcom).
Just go to parties, eventually the organizers will put you on their lists. Or you could just ask around every time you feel like a party, this information is not all that hard to get.
