Hi all..
First, I'll introduce myself...My name is David, I come from Scotland. I write different styles of music under the name Soundsource.
Been recently delving into producing psytrance. I made a small preview, just wondering if some of you guys could have a listen..tell me what you think...would be greatly appreciated...

I made it with Fruityloops and it was sequenced in Acid Pro...most of the synths come from Pro53 and Vaz Modular..

Sounds very nice - albiet a bit cliche in the sound choices and lines. Sound gets a bit messy near the end, but that could be my system shouting for help. Not exactly up to date stuff, but very nice, and as someone who doesn't think being "up to date" is a quality which stands on it's own, kudos on the music.

Thanks a lot guys...
I agree with Kaz that some of the sounds are a bit cliched. I've actually changed some of the sounds in it...it sounds way cool now ;-)
How would I go about releasing this...?

i didnt hear the track til now but to ur question....releasing something may be harder as u think...stay on it, show some trax to labels/dj's/artists. dont hurry....the best ones are those who release first track after years of making music not those who finish two, three trax in couple of weeks and release them, IMHO.

Yeah, I agree with that. Started writing music in 1995-6 and still released nothing...going to spend a lot of time on this track...make sure it rocks...then look into releasing it... |
