"Small n "Underground" parties around São Paulo...

Is it possible to make small or "underground" parties around a city with 20 million people? Or the thing isn´t the size of the city, but the kind of people who live´s in this city? I mean...are the people from S.P. tooo away urban to understand the sense of simplicity, humbleness n the real propose of psy parties? Have u being in a such nice(small) event nowdays? Which one was it? |

I was im Reality Underground PVT.... i think it last 2 or 3 days..... something around 150 ppl´s.........
But wasn´t around S.P. .. was in Lavras Novas.... closer to Ouro Preto and "Belzonte".
Was a killer party ... |

Yeahh sure "Minas" still have some parties like that, ive being there many times. What really makes me think that the real thing is about the people who lives in SP n has no sense of how it was n where is it going. By the way...im from SP, otherwise some ppl is gonna hate me to say it about the city. But its true many "lost playboys" at the parties in SP. Sad but true my friend..... |

LeZuXxX, I made some parties in SP state (far from SP city), but near the city it is very difficult, starting with the location of the parties, and so on...
As you said there's much more 'playboys' than people after some nice music in an appropriate ambient, but the true is: these days most people prefer to BUY their place on a big party instead of helping creating a more modest party.
So good look with you search, just be aware that in our country, and specially in SP and Rio, commercial parties are getting more and more common, and small events are rare.
Maybe you should save some money to attend a Festival (something like Tranceformation, Universo Parallelo or Trancendence), which also are much more pop than a few years ago, but are still better than the commercial events.

Hehe sure fullon, ive being to this major faestivals only...for years. N when wer talking about the commercialism of trance, thats also applied to GOA wich really suxxx today n if u get there ull find that danmed place called "paradiso" kind of indian "sirena". I was really disappointed about GOA. In europe, is the same...many parties r awful with really bad djs. This pop psy took the world, not only brazil. But the thing is...ppl over there still more like "hippies" n wat we got here is completlly lost of sense. PPl goes to parties here in a kind of strange show up to eachother. Is it a thing from S.P.? Cosmopolitan urban city? Im almost sure of it. But yes, we still got Tranceformation n Trancendence wich is n not the same about 5 years ago surelly, but line-ups r getting each time better.And i go only 4 the music...if the music is good f*** the rest.HEHEHE isnt true? take care, c u around!!! |

It has always been possible.. it they still happened...... the things is that once you post on a Websiter that a party is goign to take place and all you open it to every and anyone to go.... if you want a old stile party you have to invete ppl yourself.. and insure that they only invete ppl who actualy care for Trance and not only the drugs...

hey lezuz.....
4 months ago we made "The full on project party" from our crew here.. we had a blasting set of naked tourist... the party had among 150 people...
was a nice one,.,.. in october we should have another featuring megalopsy... if things go right...
It's possible to make small underground parties indeed... but the thing is we have to have some spare money.. because certainly u loose money....
If u do not promote the party... it will be kept on the underground.....for sure.. that's what we keep planning to make... nightime focused trance parties.. twisted music for fucked up people  :D
If everybody gathers to make it happen.. it does happen!!!!

yea, i know the guys from megalopsy, n naked turist is pretty good. Sure its hard to make small parties without losting money. So i suggest to you guys like having to kind of parties, 1 4 the freaks, (really ideological stuff) n 1 to have profit, its the only way i can imagine a solution. we also had Penta, in a indoor party here exactly, inside of SP, and what it happened? 150, 200 people to sanction… are possible YES, to make and only to give to life ours “sub scene”… but I find that if the interested parties not to mark presence, this dream can simply be in the dream… follow a line of well different thought of the majority, inside do not aim at only the money… but of the conditions, here in SP, where the public creates “stars” of psytrance, is very difficult to make parties with sound underground, and not to have damages that certainly they influence in our “normal” lives, in the day the day… but I find that to the few this this moving, parties raves here in Brazil, seems that not, but still it is very recent, for the public (the mass)… is evolution question, the scene grew however it did not evolve, until these people to understand on the sound who we are speaking, goes to delay a little… meanwhile, still it is difficult to promote parties with nocturnal sound, and to be calm in the financial relation, is a WELL delicate case… but nor therefore we leave our focus to be distorted…
we have as Kindzadza example, that goes to be here in Brazil in July, and no one org of party closed one dates, this sample that is not nor ai for the sonorous experience that the party of it goes to provide to the public, what it exactly wants, is money in the pocket, that is… astrix, infected mushroom and skazi of the life in line up, and 10,000, 20,000 people in it dance floor… all simply doped and without knowing what really this happening, simply is there, why friends of the university also are, why rave today it is pop… and etc… while the focus will be only money (on the part of the orgs), drugs and pop (on the part of the public)… we go to walk plus a good time being had that “to support” this type of party…
universe paralello and tranceformation, of 1 year for now, are if also worrying about the nights, this are a positive point… but trancendence, excuse… but no see NOTHING of dark, nor djs more little projects… the essence was not lost the years, and the capitalism took account, as well as that it happens in Brazil and it gains space in the “media” happens… lacks to information for the publish… but we go rowing against the tide, believes this and must follow in front… hugs and excellent topic, why everybody finds that in Brazil dark does not exist, nocturnal and really psychedelic sound… but we are there!
for me, one will be for pointing somebody and to say who has guilt, great part and finds that the greater of it, is of the proper orgs… that always they bring the same ones, and does not show nothing of new for the public. thus creating a public “donkey”… perhaps either this exactly that they want…
underground resistance...!

Nice topic LezuXxX...actually SP is a big city and everything is big...u know? everything is proportional to the city size... so it's easy to see those fuc**ng little daddy's children finishing with our fun...but if u see better, u can find a lot, i mean, a LOT of good peoples...and this gathering certainly will be a huge underground party...so...yes, if we want we will enjoy a nice party..."the force is with u" if u want to...!!!!!!
i made some pvt parties only for friends...free raves...the tickets are simbolical money to pay the expenses...and it's a real underground parties...i'll play on visual perception party in 07/29 near SP/MG...looking for that in Brazilian Isra Forum... cheers!
