I was screwed by Liquid on a direct purchase as well. I ordered Perverting Mankind as soon as it was released along with a bunch of other cd's.
I sent repeated emails, as did my gf. We got some replies from Ross, but no CD's.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a couple of months - unfortunately Paypal require people to lodge a dispute within 45 days. As I am in Australia, it was too far to do anything else.
I always try to buy from artists and lables directly, but the guys at Liquid seem to have no integrity. I will only buy their albums second hand from now on, they will never get another cent directly from me.

Luckily I got impatient and requested Paypal refund me after about four weeks of no replies. It still amazes me that an artist/label would do something so blatantly shady when so few people actively support artists nowadays.
Guess I can't complain. I got my refund, DL'd a copy in FLAC, and may or may not have contributed in adding the album to some file shares.
