don't know a refill sorry, but buy a cd of a sitar recording and sample it. The difficult thing about a sitar is that the way it is played. Indian music is complex (scales and rhythms), so it may be necessary to use ready recorded samples than compose your own to make it sound natural.

As far as I remember there's a wonderful sitar sound on the factory presets of K-2000. find one and sample all registers. a friend of mine played sitar and we never succeeded in creating a decent sample layout since the sitar flows with overtones and resonant accoustics.
would be interesting if anyone found a decent sample patch. if so, post it here immediately : )
