Who are these guys? Is it a part of Visionquest or a different organiser all together????

Sirius is a Different org, completely separate from VQ. Great organization, throw killer parties and they feature a lot of Russian artists, which I like! DJ Tokage is the owner (I think!), great person, killer DJ. He has released some good compilations, check them out. I think Russian Connection is one. he is part of this forum. probably you can contact him!
