You can use HALion. A good VSTi sampler, packed with all your needed features.

(I'm beginning to sound like a salesperson..)

From your question, I understood that you
don't have any idea on cubase, right?

I wanna start with recomending you to work with
FL until you will understand the terms like
Importing, sequencer, filters, modules...

Don't jump to cubase too soon!!!

well you are kind of correct Mod i dont know much about Cubase but first its the only program i have and second i managed to make a few nice although extremley amuter things in it.
anyway i am working with cubase for like 2 months now and i havent realy learned about filters, modules and stuff so my question is: if i play with FL, will i learn all those stuff or will it be exactly like playing in cubase but in a lower level?
and i didnt understand why i cant import simpulim i have done or d/l into cubase?           "just when i was about to go out, they pulled me back in..."

Dekel, I recommend you too to start working with FL. Synthesis in synthesis, send FX are send FX, no matter which program you use. If you'll understand the principles behind the concepts, it will be fairly easy to switch programs.

And about the samples, if you really want to keep working in cubase, go to file/import/audio file, than go to panels/audio pool and drag that file to a track. This method won't be convenient if you want to import single shot samples, so if you do plan to use single shot samples in cubase. If so, you'd better use a sampler.
