this ones got a nice clean saw sound, especially with the chorus II on
it wud need more control of the envelopes to be a good bass synth for me           [[[G|L|I|T|C|H]]]

i dont know if theres a difference but tc electronics has made an SH101 emulation http://www.tcelectronic.com/PowerCore01.asp
which is bundled in the free plugins and it really rocks, i happen to use it almost in every track , it is very raw ,fat and crunchy and can create some great TB like sounds or oldskool fx with the self oscillating filter , among with the reverbs its the best plugin tc gives for free, very decent sounding
it makes you wonder how much you would like to have and listen the REAL thing unfortunately, hehe but anyway the list would never end ..

it sounds very clean and stable, but the control on the envelops sucks.
