I want to share with you a instrument that has changed the way that I make and perform my music.
This instrument is called a sidrassi organus
a picture can be viewed here http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=11385105&albumID=1683609&imageID=66604102

it is a custom built analogue synth with 7 oscillators that are arranged in a formation based on sacred geometry. each oscillator is assigned to wood panels that have pressure sensors under them.
you create patches by stringing wire between posts that circuit bend and cause mind expanding sounds.
I have a recording of it that you are all welcome to download and use samples from.

the creator of this device is out of Baltimore Maryland and makes them each unique. his site is
www.ciat-lombarde.net

for me I feel that having the raw energy of the analogue mixed in with the crystalline clarity of the digital can trigger things in the brain that digital alone is hard to do.
Cheers

It is the Korg esx. I used the moog rogue to create my bass sounds and sampled and sequenced them in the esx.
here is a new video shot in daylight so you can see what is going on.

still raw and needs work but you get the idea.
