With a compressor that can do sidechaining!

Check out waves bundle, db audioware (this is the easy way), tc electronics bundle - also easy way.

yep I have understood that I have to use a sidechain-enabled compressor but I can't understand how to do it in ableton.

How can you tell the kick channel to go to the compressor?

try english first!

if nothing happens, try searching about ableton's orientation, that would do the trick.
