Don't get me wrong this is a great and unique album (!) but, there is a but, I miss the old psyambient sound of Shulman... this album is too 'Omar-Faruk-Tekbile'ey, which Shulman embraced after 'In Search of A Meaningful Moment'.
Dear old tracks like 'A Magnificent Void' 'Zero Degrees' will be missed!

i just finished listening to the whole album...its amazing, truly amazing! unique combinations you cant find anywhere else...and making your brain melt...ethnic oriented chill with such complexity and rich percussions, plus the psychedlic shulman touch...
chill album of the year someone?

amazing 4 sure.. I'll give it more time to check really how good is it.. cuz u know there is those albums that sound amzzing in the begining and after u listen to them so much they become boring..
im sure this CD is not like that.. but as I said i'll give it more time to check HOW good is it..
but its amazing for sure

"Mia Nihta Mono Den Ftani" is such a great track!! The best chill track i ever heard for sure.
The flute melody is taken from a greek artist song called "Sotis Volanis-Mia Nukta Mono Den Ftanei", which is a very lame track imo
Love, really love this track

I always thought asking/offering about it but didn't know if it was an option - can there be a DTS cd of Shulman? that would be a whole new world!

we don't believe it will happen soon due to two main reasons
1) lack of time... in the little time we have for writing music we really rather compose new music over reworking old stuff.
2) our studio isnt ready for surround mixing at the moment...
but with that said it might happen one day if we manage to find some time...

In search of a meaningful moment has been my favourite album of all time since its release, but this one is mediocre.
How many sounds can you rehash of of "In search of..." ? And whatever happened to the depth of your music? This is about as psychedelic as a buddha bar compilation running through a glitch generator.
Waiting for the next release, hoping more drugs and less 2nd rate fullon producers will be involved.
Row row row your boats gently down the stream; merrily merrily merrily merrily life is but a dream. |

quite a harsh comment from nobita ....well i agree it all seems less psychedelic but the musical content is rich and diverse ..and damn the production is so tight ....its getting kinda tough for me to review the album ....artists need to evolve and experiment with new sounds ....

yeah that's what i was thinking too.. this one is way too simplistic, a huge disappointment for me.
  ..it's just another party.. |

This is my kind of music: innovative, boundless and mind blowing
You can hear how much work was put into this album. Eventually, I think it paid off. |
