I was hyper-critical of this album, even prejudiced about it when it was released. I've found that the more I've listened to it, the more I've come to like it. This is something that didn't happen with "Nothing Lasts.." which I liked a little less with each listen. Having heard Ineffable probably about 25 times now, I'm quite taken with it. There are so many layers happening here and while some of the sounds might be considered cliche, the the overall package is creative and interesting. Every listen reveals something new. I can only speak for myself and my personal journey with this album, but I really do think this is a brilliant release after all and am very happy I purchased a copy.

I'd like to point out (not sure if it has been said before or not) that this album is, imho, much more "acoustic" than previous ones. The amount of live instruments used (drums especially) makes this release very interesting and different when comparing to majority of other psychill releases nowadays http://www.chillumafia.com

I cant think of other artist using ANY samples so well, he uses as part of the whole compisition not as mere decoration.

Okay, have listened to it for about 10 times...
I can say that this album is the best one of all other Shponle's ones.
A must listen for all producers, no matter dark or light, fast or slow, night or morning

Somehow I was full of prejudice concerning the new album (don`t even know why I had those prejudices), but after a proper prelistening I can say, that it`s quiet inspiring music. Also good to see a hang drum track in there. Very creative album.

The movie is "The Fall" directed by Tarsem Singh from 2006.
