Elevate told me the same, but i just had to say them one more to get in!
Simon played a nice set, i was not dissapointed but i expected a lot more new tunes on the set!
Fun night!
PS: Sad to hear that Dhruv, but there were lots of stags getting entries!

In Delhi and even had my Shpongle t-shirt on, just ended up too far away to make it in time.  Ended up at the Tobias Thomas do. Kompakt sound.
Any videos/photos of Simon's gig?
 Anyone reading this in time... come to Modeselektor. They played in Kolkata night before last and donked us all. Mad monkey show.
7.30 to 9.00 pm tonight in Del.

Had a great time at mumbai gig...Simon knows how to make great music and entertain ... MAssive respect to this man and his music..i dont know how this scene would have been without his music 
Met some isra members..caught up with old friends ..and had a memorable evening

posford dj set was nothing so special imho
the first half of his set was basically like listening to a cd all released old tracks nothign very special
the second half was a bit more psychedelic but again was not very impressed
dont get why so much talk and hype about shpongle
aurus was the same overpacked overpriced rude staff esp colin who is a douchebag
i guess that as good as it can get for bombay
feel bad for people living there

classic stuff from the old master....start of his set was a bit disappointing but it did not take long for him to work his magick and have everyone hypnotized to his beats...His set is very much like a spinning web...Felt like ages since i was on a dancefloor with some proper psychedelic music....
And then after that..Bhoj...which was well...quite laughable really...but i guess people will dance to anything when off their heads...But from a Dj who has been around this long..i expected better...i mean ur playing after Simon Posford...show a lil respect...

whats this thing with couple entry.....n tht too for sum1 like hellucinogen???expensive place and its expensive vibes.damn tht...coz i went to c shpongle.
expect the best from a guy with such back up of experience n get to know tht u r wrong.if u guys heard how he brought in the 2nd song after the infamous 'ineffable mystries'.....the mixing sucked.i know less but m not a fool to not know wat bad mixing is.he was cuttin all trax bfore the best bit.the bit u r waiting for.i dunno but to say the least i dint have a twinkle on my eye.thanking god for makin it a free entry.
i thot i'd b touched by the nite..only found myslf exiting the party preety ahead of its end knowin where hellucinogen was takin his set.
still wish i wud b a lucky person to c shpongle live sumtym in life to come.always been a massive fan of shpongle n i too speak shponglese.dont mind me but this is wat i felt.
hopin to have nicer gigs n lesser cocktail parties! |

& yes for the overpriced venue & overpriced vibe. but Simon set was really the only thing i was there for & i know how pleased i was after hearing that set i dont even remember when was the last time i had lost it on the dancefloor so badly
