I disagree.. Evan at least releases new material regularly. Bluetech is still on top of things.. when was the last time Shpongle did a live PA again?
If they had Bluetech or the Orb I'd consider going..
Wakarusa is looking WAY better with Eat Static and Ott on the bill.
if you want a jam show, I'd say that waka is the way to go.

Well apparently bisco is kickin ass right now but I haven't listened to them since 06 so I wouldn't know. I could care less ever since I found out about psy. The scene is fucken lame as hell tho. Most of my friends don't see em anymore. Last time I saw them they butchered I wanna be sedated and I was like fuck this.

Raja is an improv flutist, so anything could happen really. But more importantly, the 4th shpongle album is partially completed, so there will undoubtedly new material, if you were so inclined to "brave some hippies". haha. Their scene is weak though. Too much hatin'.

What sux about bisco is that scene used to be awesome. Too many youngsters now. Back in 01, 02, 03. Those were some nasty bisco years. Ragin hoties was so much fun. Entire motels taken over by bisco kids. Ahhhhh memories.

well I'm glad they stacked a lineup with intelligent psychedelic music this time around.
still I think I'll be sitting bisco out, the festie kids are just not phamily anymore.. too many sketchy kids now adays.

So tru. Kids are soooo shady now. Its those dumbasses who are all GDF and they r too young to have seen jerry. Lame. BTW People are actually paying like 1000 bucks to go see the dead without jerry. LAME!!!!!!!!!! I won't even pay ticket prices to see phish even tho they were my first love.

camp will be awesome, camp is awesome every year. im so fuckin excited, espcailly with the orb playing this year. I am part of the bisco scene, i see the biscuits a shit ton even though my true love is dark psy. Biscuits have been tearing it up lately, i reccommend you all check out some of their recent shows....
DFA guys are pretty good too, and they will announce alot more and better artists. and yes there are many sketchy people as there are in every scene, its just a bit abudent... i hate to say you have to get used to it but you do, shit doenst even phase me anymore. you should all do the same and enjoy this awesome festival! |
