Yeah, this question is bothering me for a while now.
Situation now is, I have my Boom ticket, and I will go to Boom for sure.
But now, I wonder if I should go to Ozora as well.
Last year we had a not so good time at Ozora as all our belongings got stolen, and together with the bad weather just made it a miserable festival.
But the Lineup is looking good this year, and we have a whole group of friends going there.
I'm coming from Holland, and the travelling expenses aren't that much.
And I'm affraid that if we are not going to Ozora, that we will miss a very good party, one which might even be better than Boom.
So, what should I do?
All input is much appreciated!

Yeah, similar problems. I was on both festivals several times.
Can't decide which one this year. Last years' Ozora was amazing, but the fact is that the dance floor was crowded with faces I usually see at Boom, and for me, the visitors are what makes the festival. Where will people go this year?

same same here!!!
but if your finances allow you , i would recommend going to both hehe , and just take a plane from budapest to lisbon on the 10th or 11th and take the boombus and thats it!!!!
enough time to travel and even arrive at boom with time to get a nice camping-spot
i think its defenetly worth it! gonna be probably the best gathering's this summer
anyway see u ppl on the dancefloor's ! b00m |

I've been pondering the same question... Ozora was really nice last year, as was boom 2 years ago. But to drive 3000 km in 2/3 days, over all these toll-roads and with todays diesel prices is just tooo much. I'll just ease on down the road from amsterdam to boom and back and head for Ozora in 2009..
And catch a few smaller but nice festies like antaris b4 boom. |

i think this is not not the forum for such discussions - this is for festivals - you should go to general discussions

afaik there is a shuttle from ozora festival ground to the nearest train station on the 10th?(can you confirm, bubble?)
so people can get back to budapest in time to catch their flights to boom! |

Go to Ozora
I feel questionable the motivs for Boom
No line up yet incredibly over price and so many rules. Like for example their ticket policy of no transfers, resell or what ever like if you buy a ticket early but for some reason you can go to europe you loose 100 euros shit man if that is not greed I dont know what is. Next edition boom will cost 200 Euros |

as been said be4 the line up will only be reveled in july BOOM is not just the dancefloor, infact the dancefloor is just a small part of it, and regarding boom 2010 how would u know it will be 200€?
keep flaming THE festival but it will be a blast for every1 that goes there im pretty sure

No flaming. Just quering where will people go : )
Here in Ljubljana the situation keeps changing. Very few have bought presale boom tickets. The big majority of all the people on the scene will go to Ozora. The hardcore psy travelers seemed to be divided half-half, mostly still undecided. But who knows what will happen in august...
Though we have a specific situation, Idanho-a-Nova is on the other side of europe, while Ozora is just around the corner |
