Should a live set demo be public or private?

So I've just finished writing my live set. I put a 128kbps version on Soundcloud which is currently set to private for interested promoters, but I'm wondering if I should set it to public for more exposure? Keeping in mind the quality is low, it's not downloadable and I'll probably have some new tracks by the time I play.
Thoughts? |

Is that a problem though? It's free marketing in a way, and could lead to more bookings but on the flipside if it's all out there, the element of surprise is gone.
I've make sure to repeatedly check out artist sets which may just have one really memorable moment hoping to hear it again. If the entire set is released, the magic is lost in a sense. |

I'd think most artists would be happy to see their tracks used in a mixset.
It's promotion for them and promotion for you... I'd say if you're worried about it than post a tracklist.

Uhh.. if I'm not mistaken Chemogen is worried about giving away all of his OWN productions? Last time I checked a LIVE set WASN'T a dj set...
@chemogen - if you plan on having new tracks or an alternately arranged set when you play then I don't see a problem with it being made available to the public. There's a damn good chance that 90% of the crowd won't even know its online let alone heard it already. The internet be huge. |

some of them dont share it to all
just if ur interested ( for booking ) how hes live will sound
