Its a jungle out there.
And even in smaller parties I guess you have to be a bit more perceptive and feel enough trust before you decide to invite someone you just met.
Also how many people go shoot at raves? The story in Seattle is obviously the exception, an accident that is probably not at all related to the rave scene and that is probably more common in other places like a bar, bank, park, school, etc

I wouldnt say its smart to invite someone over on the very day u meet them.. unless its for the naughty:lol: no seriously, i wouldnt invite someone over to my place unless i atleast ssee them in 2-4 parties first and get a decent vibe out of them.. for example, me, being in the Calcutta, India psy scene, the scene is so small that in a while, everyone gets to know everyone.. one big happy family..

Read the article(s).. This is a very saddening event.. i feel very sorry for the victims and their families.. girls as young as 14,15.. shot for no fault of theirs at all..
I feel something shud be done in their memory.. an event to bring abt all the ppl who loved her.. i'm sure they would have liked this.. they were all in it for the music and something shud be done by the music for them..

If we start tribute cd's with every senseless killing even related to this scene we'd have those kind of cd's more than once a year, I can tell you. This is sad news, ofcourse, but to start a tribute album just for these people? Nope. That's taking this too far. I mean, thousands of people die each day of food shortage or are shot or murdered or even tortured to death. Why mourn these party people more or even tribute them? What makes them so special. Please explain this.
"Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."

@ Acid hive - i didnt mean a tribute CD.. Maybe a memorial gig in their name like we have for the artists who have passed away such as Zolod. These ppl were well known in the rave community out there, so their frenz could hold something for them.. i'm sure they'd like it.. ppl remember them with happy thoughts and not only ponder abt how sad it was that they were killed.. The thousands that die every year- ofcourse it is sad and nothing makes these party ppl more special.. but they lived for the party and they shud leave with a party too..

Blame it to all the wicked drug users dealer or in common drug people
Maybe they need more weapons stores over there in USA,so that they can shoot out all those wicked people!!!
Why ain't I surprised that this happens in the country of unlimited freedom?
But still it makes me wanna

ok a gig can be organised however just think about the people who were at that place when the incident happened imagine the night mare for them and more so if they were on any substance,
Now thats a hard thing to erase out of ones head without any subs imagine their plight..
will they ever come with an open mind and freedom to another party ?????????
really sad that some mindless F*@!s screw the scene up for everyone
