i back the differ my good friend twisted reaction
if there is a bad smell of crap then there is something to it maybe becasue this topic nick paid till now alli saw that he was a sleep on his place
make it a rule nu 1 to allllllll
payupfront then no one will talk feel or bitch if you dont have the money go work on macdonald and save some
music bussnies is not for stoned kids with no money this scene was on its peak then all this shit started happen and see how we are not growing up anymore all because some bad greedy ppl are in this fine scene who use to be all good ppl the funest and the best
nick pay upfront you all open labels but keep the music alive by supporting the artists not fucking them up its our pleasure to make them blossum and flowrish in no time we will have fruitfull scene with new ideas
and our brain will dance again to the finest of all musics

Its the dumbest business decision that i have made with my savings, but thankfully because of my job i have a regular income and can afford to take a shot at doing something i love parallely to my boring day job.
Just my two pence, its sad that shit like this has to happen but its gonna keep happening!

i agree wid wat shivamoon had to say.. pple need to also get ready at times to be not making money of the psy scene.. i knw every1 has a living but such incidence can be taken as contribution of the track to the scene & all psylovers.. so chill & sort the things out personally.. keep it peace

I don't care about Shivalink....
I collaborated/collaborate/will collaborate with TRUSTFUL and CHECKED people and don't give a fuck about those children, who think they Big Psychedelic Mafia Bosses just because their Daddy opened them a label.
Some people say, digital labels is the future, some people say piracy is bad. Bullshit!
I will release Vinyl Ep,I Will not Earn 1 Shekel on it and I will downolad Alien Project's mp3 from emule. Since I don't lie to artist, I have a full rights to do wharever my sick minds needs.
Just stick Black List thread with full list of scummers to help Young Men evolute in World of Sharks....

hello
well i never imagine this will come till here .. just because i was late few days to send the payment ..
i know artists asking there payments from the labels for 6 mnths - 1 -2 year old releases & they get nothing .. and in our case all i told enertopia & other artists to wait 1-2 -3 weeeks.. bcs i was having hard time & was expecting my payments from the shops .. and he did't think twice to write so much of bullshit that too in a shittiest way .. thanks mate ..
money for the track ( zion vs enertopia vs loki ) was sent to zion before i checked this thread.. cd was shiped to enertopia by Speed Post (local post office) but he did't get it .. i duno why..today i have sent u a new packet man....by the best courier service.. Enjoy !!!
enertopia said lot of artists told him to beware from us .. tell me the names from our previous releases who did't get paid .. all were paid .. some got the payments late yes but they did .. .. & they do understand us & our problems .. they know which label is good , working hard and trying 2 do some thing for the scene .. and which label is runing and hiding .. and man u put it in such a way .. where it looks like m 32yrs old watching all this . . and 100 kids fighting here ...
problem in our case was that i was honest with enertopia & every one , i was talking to every one .. respoding there mails .. and was answering them on msn .. and he thought m fooling around .. well i guesss u made fooled of urself mate.. bcs at the end all the artists will get paid & will get there cds .. for some people its only money .. for some its lot more ..
but ofcourse business is business & this will not stop us doin our jobs ..
& yeah something i have learned from this .. do not work with the artists who talk more and work less ..

Well Nick, I am happy that you decided to send the money, and I know you read this thread before becasue I was talking to you on msn while you sent it to Zion Immediatly via PAYPAL.
Paypal is immediate and there is no reason to wait.
Also, I never got the CDs well, If you can give me a delievery number we can surely check what happened if it was sent or when.
Now, imagine the opposite way, immagine you sent me the payment upfront and you get the track weeks, months or even a year later, is that good for you or it will delay the whole project, and everytime you ask, WHER IS THE TRACK, I PAID FOR IT, and I unswer, well, give me a few more weeks....a couple of months, you would be jumpimg on walls.
Now, if you got delays on payments or CD delieveries let us know, and don't wait until we ask you, let us know upfront and dont keep us in the dark.
If you really want to know who told me about you getting late payments, ask the guys who got delays, not me. you recieved the master immediatly from us.
I did get get it delayed and still no CDs, I did nothing wrong, I am surely claimming what belongs to me. Not belongs to you.
If you want to do something with something that belongs to me, ask me first.
Now, if someone wants to deal with you, that is great becasue you do have excellent releases, it has nothing to do with that.
But, let us know upfront the situation, that you go through diffult econimcs times.
What pissed me off was not the money, was the CDs that never got here and you saying they did....If you can prove you sent them months ago, I will shut up but if you cannot, thety were never sent. www.myspace.com/enertopiapsy |

Brother, u asked me to let you play at that party, and then that party Got busted, and if you remember correctly we gave all the money, the entries and money from my pocket to that truck full of cops.I did that so that the organiser,i.e., me, and the people at the party shouldnt end up behind bars.
I had hoped That as someone from this scene and my friend since the last 8 years, you'd understand, but since you dont, I apologize!
