ShivLink Presents One Of The Biggest Act Of This Year:
S P A C E C A T
Space Cat is Avi Algarnati, born in Bat-Yam. He was born into music, as his father and uncle where members of "Ha'aryot" (an Israeli 60's group that sang in English and even made it to the charts in England). By the age of 12, Avi was learning to play the piano, and then came the small personal computer, and when he discovered you can make a keyboard and a computer work together things started to move along. Slowly Avi upgraded his equipment while DJing in clubs in Tel-Aviv, and doing playbacks for different bands. At the age of 21 1993 he set up a recording studio, and after discovering trance,channeled his energy to making trance.he previously wrote music under the name indoor,DNA,phreaky (togather with dino psaras) and also his recent project Alien v/s the Cat.He has released more than a 100 tracks on different compilations and also on a new sony playstation 2 game -gran turismo 4'
He has released four Space cat Albums and will release his new albums around may 2006 on Vision Quest Records,and a new alien v/s the cat album on march 2006 on Spun Rec.Avi had also won the israeli's dj magazine 2005 competition at 3rd place after Infected Mushroom and Skazi for the best Dj and Live act.
