The label can't even drop an email to the artist:
Hi, we are licensing your track for compilation X.
Why do they have to find out about it from tracklistings at Psyshop?
Doesn't make sense..

Guys, i don't think that this has to do with relicencing or tight contract's.
@Mike A. they had to inform the band about relicencing and if it was a relicencing it should write that the track is licenced from neurobiotic. Finaly as Tim said very correct, they can't change the name of the composer and release it as someone elses track.
This is a mistake and should have been avoided by the label ppl before printing.

I have buy the original ssj compilation and the original Panick album's and i see that:
the third track on the compilation "Intelligence" is not Wrecked Machines and it's not Big Wigs it's Panik"Ultramagnus" but now the question is where is the wrecked machines track ? Is it number 4 ?
please help me !!!
