you need to work more on your...

kick and bass

synths and fx

story and arragement

and quantizing

youve got some darkysh ideas that could develop in a nice style

overall... needs more work!

yeah i know its very amateurish sounding..
thats just cos i am. im still pretty much in the stage where i try to just lay down a track from start to finish without being overly concerned with the production level.

cheers tho for having a listen to it

The kick in the intro needs to be softer, that means: give it more bottom.
The second kick needs some more frequencies in the 200 Hz area if im not mistaken.
Your sounds are not too bad, but they cause some distortions.
The bass needs work indeed, it is not so tight, try one with a lower cutoff maybe.

orange said pretty much everything. Your ideas are nice but you need to improve your mastering. And in a final track you need more percussive elements.
